CARE Team is an Indiana-based, women-owned agency founded and operated by Christine Stephens, a Registered Nurse with over 16 years of hands-on experience in home care.

Christine has spent her career working directly with families—seeing firsthand the challenges, sacrifices, and emotional weight that come with caring for a loved one at home. That experience is what led her to focus exclusively on Indiana’s Structured Family Caregiving program.

At CARE Team, this isn’t just one of many services—it’s our entire focus. We help families navigate the process, get approved, and feel confident in the care they’re providing every day.

As a state-certified Medicaid Waiver provider, CARE Team serves clients and caregivers across Indiana with a simple goal: to make caregiving more sustainable, supported, and less overwhelming.
