Supporting families. Honoring caregivers.
Meet Our Team

Christine Stephens, RN, Owner & Program Director
CARE Team is an Indiana-based, women-owned agency founded and operated by Christine Stephens, a Registered Nurse with over 16 years of hands-on experience in home care.
Christine has spent her career working directly with families—seeing firsthand the challenges, sacrifices, and emotional weight that come with caring for a loved one at home. That experience is what led her to focus exclusively on Indiana’s Structured Family Caregiving program.
At CARE Team, this isn't just one of many services-it's our entire focus. We help families navigate the process, get approved, and feel confident in the care they're providing every day.
As a state-certified Medicaid Waiver provider, CARE Team serves clients and caregivers across Indiana with a simple goal: to make caregiving more sustainable, supported, and less overwhelming.
When you work with CARE Team, you're not just working with an agency-you're working directly with someone who understands what you're going through and is committed to helping you every step of the way. Because caring for a loved one should never feel like you're doing it alone.
